Infrastructure in Focus: Ablekuma West MCE Visits Project Sites

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Ablekuma West, Mr. George Kpakpo Allotey, today embarked on a working visit to inspect ongoing development projects within the municipality. The inspection forms part of efforts to monitor progress and ensure that projects are being executed according to plan and within schedule.

Among the sites visited was the construction of a community hospital at Gbeigbeise, which is expected to improve access to healthcare for residents in the area. The MCE also inspected the ongoing construction of a maternity block at Kitkat, aimed at enhancing maternal health services, as well as a canteen project at Nasarawa, which will serve students and staff within the community.

Mr. Allotey expressed satisfaction with the progress made so far and encouraged contractors to adhere to quality standards and timelines. He emphasized the Assembly’s commitment to delivering essential infrastructure that addresses the needs of residents and improves their quality of life.

The inspection exercise reflects the Assembly’s dedication to transparency, accountability, and the continuous improvement of public service delivery within Ablekuma West.
