Honorable George Kpakpo Allotey has been officially confirmed as the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of the Ablekuma West Municipal Assembly (AbWMA). The confirmation took place this afternoon during a special session held at the Assembly Hall.

Out of 14 votes cast by Assembly Members, Hon. Allotey secured 12 votes, representing a strong endorsement of his nomination by the President. His confirmation was met with applause and optimism from Assembly Members, staff, and stakeholders present.

In his remarks following the confirmation, Hon. Allotey expressed gratitude to the President for the nomination and to the Assembly Members for their confidence in his leadership. He pledged to work in unity with all stakeholders to promote development, improve service delivery, and uplift the living standards of residents within the municipality.

The confirmation marks a significant step forward in the leadership and administration of Ablekuma West, as the Assembly looks ahead to advancing its developmental agenda under the direction of its newly confirmed MCE.
