The Ablekuma West Municipal Assembly today supported the successful launch of the National Apprenticeship Programme and the presentation of tools and equipment to beneficiaries within the municipality. The exercise was led by the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. George E. Kpakpo Allotey, together with the Honourable Member of Parliament, Hon. Rev. Dr. Kweku Addo, and the NAP Coordinator, Hon. James Klutse. In his address, the MCE described the initiative as a timely intervention to address youth unemployment through skills development and entrepreneurship. He commended the vision of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama for introducing the programme to create opportunities and provide relief for the youth. The MCE further praised the youth of Ablekuma West for their hard work and determination to build better futures, urging them to take full advantage of the support provided. The event concluded with the distribution of tools and equipment to master craft persons and apprentices.
