The newly appointed Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of the Ablekuma West Municipal Assembly, Hon. George Kpakpo Allotey, has paid a courtesy call on the Paramount Chief of Sempe, Nii Adotey Otintor II, to express his gratitude and seek blessings as he assumes office.
The visit, which took place at the Sempe Palace, was a symbol of respect and a reaffirmation of the Assembly’s commitment to working closely with traditional authorities to promote unity and development within the municipality.
Hon. Allotey conveyed his heartfelt appreciation to the chief for his continuous support for the municipality and pledged to serve with dedication, transparency, and inclusiveness.
“As I begin my tenure, I find it important to seek the guidance and wisdom of our traditional leaders, who are key partners in governance and community development,” the MCE stated. “Your support is vital as we work together to improve the lives of the people of Ablekuma West.”
In response, Nii Adotey Otintor II warmly welcomed the MCE and offered his blessings for a successful tenure. He commended Hon. Allotey for his humility and commitment to community engagement and assured him of the traditional council’s support in advancing the development agenda of the municipality.
